친숙한 유로 디스코 곡들을 모은 디스코 폭스 80 2집입니다.

모두 친숙한 곡들이 수록되어 있습니다.

Gloria Gaynor의 I Will Survive를 멋지게 다시 부른 보이트로닉의 맥시싱글 모음집입니다.

I Love ZYX Italo Disco Collection의 최신작 17집이 발매가 되었습니다.

16집 부터 케이스가 바뀌었는데 제조단가를 낮추려고 이러는거 같습니다.

그냥 기존의 3CD 케이스에 담아서 나오면 좋을텐데요.

어쨌거나 이번 17집도 아주 마음에 듭니다.

기존 컴필레이션엔 실리지 않았던 곡들이 좀 보이네요.

특히나 제가 좋아하는 G.P. Universe의 Let Me Love You와 Bad Boys Blue의 Mon Amie (Extended Remix) 정말 반갑습니다.

90년대 초를 마지막으로 사라진 장르인 유로 & 이탈로 디스코가 2000년대 후반에 들어서서 슬슬 다시 붐을 일으킨 나라가 러시아입니다.

90년대 이후에도 물론 80년대 댄스 가수들이 러시아에서 매년 모여서 공연을 했을정도로 유달리 러시아는 댄스 음악을 좋아합니다.

저도 한동안 잊고 지내던 이탈로 디스코 장르를 2010년부터 다시 불타올라 음반을 수집중입니다.

이 시기에 80년대 음반들이 LP 레코드에서 리마스터링을 거쳐 CD로 많이 발매되었는데 저도 부지런히 사모은거 같네요.

이렇게 조금씩 다시 인기를 끌고가던중에 러시아에선 멋진 그룹들과 댄스 음악 레이블이 제법 생겼습니다.

 오늘 올리는 이 음반도 2012년 1집을 시작으로 이번달 초에 7집까지 나오게 되었습니다.

 특히나 이번 7집엔 많은(?) 골수팬을 가진 롤라장 아이들과 봉필전자밴드의 음악이 타이틀 곡으로 실려서 여기에 올리게 되었네요.

 국내보다 해외에서 더 유명한 인디 음악인들이지만 디스코팬들에겐 참 소중한 그룹이 되었습니다.

 그렇지만 이번 음반에선 제가 많이 좋아하는 곡이 실렸더라면 더 좋았을텐데요..^^;
